By installing or using Thesis, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
Your content
Anything you write or import into Thesis belongs to you. Toba LLC does not claim any rights to your documents, references, or custom citation styles.
The software
Thesis is licensed, not sold. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may install it on the devices permitted by the Apple App Store under your Apple ID.
No warranty
Thesis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Toba LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost work. Keep backups of important documents — iCloud sync is not a substitute for backup.
Termination
You may stop using Thesis at any time. Toba LLC may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
